Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier. Standard delivery typically takes 3-14 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
International Shipping
- We currently do ship internationally. If shipping internationally, note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a claim.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns & Restocking
- Due to the high cost of restocking (15% of the unit price).
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products. If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 days for review.
- If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund.
