PodBag Return Policy
At NSBrand Creative LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the specialized nature of the PodBag, all sales are final. However, in the rare case of a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns & Restocking Fees
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect. Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. If a return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return: The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at Nick@NSBrand.com. If approved, you will be responsible for selecting a carrier, preparing the package, and shipping it back.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any damages or defects, contact us within 3 days so we can assess the issue and determine the best resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or installed items. Custom or special-order items. Shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available due to the unique nature of the PodBag. Please review all product details before purchasing.
Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will process a refund minus the 15% restocking fee to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at Nick@NSBrand.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
